• Writing sponsorship letters to local businesses

Teaching Assistant Volunteers

At CPR classes, volunteers can:

• Guide people through hand placement

• Demonstrate AED pads

• Show how to call 911

• Provide manikin cleaning between rotations

Volunteers can look for:

• News stories of CPR saves

• Cardiac arrest awareness opportunities

• Potential speakers for events
  (All with permission and in an ethical way.)

Make E-Cards for Cardiac ICU Patients

Volunteers can:

• Make E-Cards to help uplift the spirits of those in the hospital

• Gain volunteer hours by creating 15 cards in exchange for 1 volunteer hour.
