Our
Projects
We are excited to announce our initiative to work with various schools across New Jersey to ensure that all high school students have access to CPR training. Our goal is to equip young individuals with these vital life-saving skills, promoting safety and preparedness within our communities. Together, we can make a difference and empower the next generation to respond effectively in emergencies.
CPR Pamphlets Distributed Across Five States

Throughout the month of April, the Hands to Heart team distributed Hands-Only CPR informational pamphlets across five different states. Placed in schools and libraries, these pamphlets served as a quick and accessible resource for learning how to identify cardiac arrest, what steps to take in an emergency, how to perform CPR, and where to become CPR certified. Through these efforts, we successfully delivered more than 100 pamphlets to members of the public.

On Tuesday, January 27th 2026, Hands to Heart partnered with the Ramsey Volunteer Ambulance Corps to assist in hosting a Hands-Only CPR Training Event. The event focused on educating community members on how to recognize cardiac emergencies and confidently perform life-saving CPR techniques. Participants received hands-on instruction and guidance from trained professionals, practiced chest compressions using CPR mannequins, and learned the importance of early intervention while waiting for emergency responders to arrive. The training reinforced Hands to Heart’s mission of empowering the community with essential emergency response skills and promoting public safety through education.
